The Santana Classical 20 SNA is a full-size classical guitar with cutaway, nylon strings and a built-in Double T6 preamp system. It is built in the traditional Spanish guitar style, but with the added flexibility of being connected to an amplifier, mixer, audio interface or PA system.
This makes it a good choice for young players, teenagers and adults who want a comfortable nylon-string guitar for lessons, practice, home recording, rehearsals or smaller performances.
The cutaway design gives easier access to the higher frets, making the guitar more flexible than a fully traditional classical guitar. It is still well suited for first chords, fingerstyle, melodies and basic classical technique, but also gives more freedom when playing further up the neck.
The Double T6 preamp system combines a piezo pickup with an internal microphone. The piezo pickup captures the direct sound of the strings, while the internal microphone adds more acoustic body and air to the amplified tone.
